HIGH RISK PREGNANCY
Another challenging patient managed. A 2nd gravida with 32 weeks pregnancy was admitted with convulsions. She was diagnosed with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) just 10 days ago & was given medicines to reduce her BP. Her convulsions & HT was successfully controlled , though she had to be delivered prematurely. Both she & her baby are doing fine.
